Digital HD releases of World of Warcraft release on September 13. If you'd like to hold off to get a physical WoTLK Gold that includes a bunch of extra stuff then you'll need to hang for until September 27. when they release the DVD, Blu-ray and 4K versions go on sale.

The Blu-ray edition comes with an array of exclusives including motion comics, a multi-part documentary on the process of bringing World of Warcraft to film and a featurette focusing on wax World of Warcraft figures, and the teaser that was shown at San Diego Comic-Con in 2013.

The motion comic has an action-packed story that centers around Prince Llane, Captain Lothar, and Guardian Medivh. The documentary however will cover everything from actors and stunts, to video effects, as well as the mocap.

Furthermore, both the Blu-ray and DVD versions have deleted scenes and a gag reel. an origin story, a feature on World of Warcraft 's fandom, and a look at the effects on visuals as well as facial recognition technology.
